The original EPROM in my Alpha Juno-1 was soldered directly onto the PCB with no socket

It was P/N: M5L27128K-2 [MITSUBISHI] with a quartz window

I burned a new replacement EPROM using P/N: M27C128A-12F1 with a quartz window (available @ jk_parts on eBay)

The EPROM burner used was a TL866CS using MiniPro software

This is most likely the final firmware version for the Alpha Juno-1

My reasoning is because Roland rarely soldered EPROM's with a quartz window unless no future modifications were needed

Keeping with the screwy tradition of Roland mystery, the outside label reads 2.6U but the firmware code reads Ver 3.2 2.04 86
